A complete cast copper-alloy brooch of probable Medieval date. The brooch consists of of a front plate, shaped as a crown, which has 5 cruciforms at the top. A complete copper-alloy medieval annular shoe buckle. It consists of a small circular frame with a simple copper-alloy wire pin wrapped around it to one side. Similar buckles have been found during excavations in London, most from mid-14th to mid-15th century contexts (Egan and Pritchard 1991, 5758), although their chronology extends beyond this into the post-medieval period. An incomplete Early Medieval copper-alloy small-long brooch dating to circa 450-480 AD. Only the foot survives. The upper section of the front face is decorated with three double incised transverse grooves. The edges are decorated with punched dots. The foot flares outwards into a trapezoid with a moulded terminal ridge. The incomplete catchplate projects from the reverse of the foot. It is rectangular sectioned and flat. It would have had a folded edge but this is now missing.

An incomplete cast copper-alloy heart-shaped brooch dating to the Medieval period, c.AD1200-1400. It has a rectangular cross-sectioned, symmetrical, heart-shaped frame. A faint inscription (or more probably a pseudo inscription?) can be seen around the outer face, which is difficult to decipher, with a small engraved heart at the lower end. There is a slot in the centre of the upper edge with small bar across its centre, which would have held a pin originally (now missing). A fragment of an annular copper-alloy medieval brooch. It is decorated with four raised collets projecting at equal intervals around the outer face of the fragment. The collets are angled slightly outwards; the settings have been lost and three out of the four collets retain traces of silver-gold paste or fixative within the mount. A complete copper-alloy medieval annular brooch. A hexagonal, flattened loop-shape with a low, rounded boss projecting from each corner of the outer face. There are file marks and irregularly positioned engraved lines in places on the outer face. A simple copper-alloy wire pin remains in situ, but there is no pin recess. A fragment of Medieval copper-alloy annular brooch dating to circa AD 1300-1400. The extant piece consists of a portion of the frame. The frame has a flat underside, straight edges and a rounded front face. Projecting from the front face of the frame are two surviving moulded knops each containing a recesses which would have held some sort of gem or glass stone setting.  Similar examples are depicted in Egan and Pritchard 1991: 251-253. A complete Medieval copper-alloy annular brooch dating to circa AD 1250-1400. The frame is circular in plan with a flat top edge and bevelled outer edge which slopes dramatically. Both edges are decorated with 10 alternating saltires set within gilded square borders. Traces of gilding is also apparent in the spaces between the saltires. Along the internal edge of the frame is a rectangular notched slot which would have housed the now missing pin. The frame is now heavily worn but appears undecorated. The pin is attached to the frame at a small, heavily corroded, constriction in the frame. The pin consists of a circular hook and rectangular shank with straight edges which tapers into a point. The lenth of the pin is is longer than the width of the frame. The pin would have been attached to brooches depicted in Egan and Pritchard 1991: pg 248, nos 1303-1307. The loop is circular containing a small gap where it would have been crimped onto the frame of the brooch. Directly behind the loop is raised lateral ridge. The shaft is rectangular with four flat and straight faces. It terminates in an upwardly arched tip, which would have rested on the frame of the brooch. The faces of the brooch are flat and the edges are rounded. The surfaces of the frame are extremely pitted but appear to be plain.
