An incomplete cast copper-alloy brooch (small-long) of early medieval date (c. 480-550 AD). Description: The brooch remains as the foot and the bow of the brooch, with only only the head missing. The bow is curved in profile and detatched from the head by way of a transverse break. It meets the flat panel of the foot at a raised collar with side indentations. The flat panel is T-shaped with side lapets at the top. These are worn on their edges so their original shape is uncertain. An incomplete Early Medieval copper-alloy ansate brooch dating to circa AD 700-1000. Roughly 60% of the piece survives with part of the body and one terminal missing. It is rectangular in plan and section. The bow consists of a flat central element and is stepped into the terminal. The central element is decorated with two deeply incised longitudinal grooves. A possible incomplete early medieval lead alloy brooch, dating to c. AD 1000 - 1100. Possible Weetch type 13. The obverse of the broch is flattened and the outer rim  is decorated with two circumferential bands of pellets, the outer is reversed and the inner raised. There is a single solid band below the boss made of transverse lines. The central boss is flat topped and decorated with remains of a single pellet. The reverse shows the remains of the two attachments, each parallel to the edge of the object.  Diameter 45.33 mm, thickness 4.19 mm and weight 41.83 g.

An early-medieval copper alloy brooch dating to the late 5th or early 6th century. Only the headplate and upper bow survive; these may indicate the brooch is of the 'small long' type. The headplate is rectangular and is decorated with a recessed border containing a row of moulded pellets. A circular hole is located at each angle. The upper bow has a pair of moulded transverse grooves; the bow is incomplete thereafter. The back of the brooch has two copper alloy pierced lugs with an iron axis bar between them. Iron corrosion extends around this.

Its outer face is decorated with an incised saltire cross-shaped dividing it into four lozenge-shaped cells, each decorated with parallel engraved chevrons.
