A worn and bent silver 11th-century late early-medieval cut halfpenny of Cnut (1016-35 AD) of the quatrefoil type (probably North 781; c. 1017-1023 AD). As well as the bending, the coin has suffered a circumferential loss extending as far as the inner circle at which point the crack continues.
