A miniature medieval brooch, circular in form, with a flat back and rounded front. The front is decorated with punches simulating granulation separated by incised criss-crosses. The pin is intact, its loop bent around a bar which holds it in place. The pin tapers to a point and has a collar of punched decoration resembling that on the surface of the frame.
