An incomplete copper alloy Roman brooch of Langton Down type, 43mm in length, dating to the late Iron Age or early Roman period, c. 25-60 AD. The bow is flat, tapers to the foot and is decorated with moulded longitudinal ridges. The arms are cylindrical and partly enclose the copper alloy spring. Extensive corrosion has obscured any original surface decoration and the pin and catchplate are missing.

A cast copper alloy Roman brooch of Colchester derivative Harlow double-lugged type , Mackreth 2011, CD Ha 1b., no. 11498, Plate 32, dating to the first century AD. The arms are semi-cylindrical, and the catchplate is openwork with a pair of small subcircular cutaways. The bow has a moulded spine which joins the double-lugged projection for the hinge. The spring and pin are missing.

A Roman copper alloy brooch, of Colchester derivative, double pierced lug, Harlow type which is missing its pin. The bow has a trapezoidal cross section and a dorsal moulding consisting of a double ridge with transverse incised lines which runs for 21mm along the spine. The head has semi-cylindrical arms and a double pierced lug for the hinge, portions of which remain. Circa 1st century AD.

A complete tinned copper alloy Roman brooch of Hod Hill type, 46.3mm in length. The bow has a lozengiform plate decorated with five parallel longitudinal moulded ridges down the central axis, the inner three of which have transverse incised decoration and the outer two of which do not, forming simple borders to the plate. This is flanked by a pair of slightly convex lateral moulded knops and by collars to the head and foot. A cast copper alloy Roman disc brooch of flat and lugged type, with six peripheral rounded lugs which were inlaid with red enamel. There is a prominent central boss which is 5.5mm in diameter and cast in the form of a waisted reel with a flat top and a small pointed tip in the centre. The main part of the disc was enamelled, possibly with a pattern of inlaid circular dots on a coloured field. Around this area are three concentric moulded beaded borders. An incomplete copper alloy Roman brooch of Colchester derivative, Polden Hill type of the Western Group. This has rearward facing lugs on either end of the long semi-cylindrical wings that hold the pin axis bar, which partially remains, along with a portion of the spring. The arms are decorated with around eight moulded lines running around the circumference. The bow has a convex cross section, with an unclear number of decorative, crudely engraved, lines running along it. The foot, catchplate and pin are missing. Late 1st-2nd century AD.

A cast Roman copper alloy brooch of Colchester one-piece type with a narrow, flat bow with rectangular cross-section. The head of the brooch comprises short rectangular wings with an integral hook for the spring chord. Three turns of the spring remain which terminate in a worn break where the remaining half of the spring and the pin have been lost. The bow is decorated with two incised grooves with dots running down the spine and two sets of three transverse grooves at the foot. Circa 1st century AD.

A Roman cast copper alloy enamelled chatelaine brooch; the bar, which which was supported by the two lower pierced projections, and the hanging cosmetic implements are missing. The brooch is in very good condition and retains a copper alloy pin on the back. The pin is hinged from an attachment bar on the lower part of the brooch, the catchplate being on the apex.
