A worn fragment of an object in the form of a horse. The horse is running to the left. Its mane is in the form of a crest with transverse lines. The rear half od the horse is missing. The back is plain and there is no evidence for attachment. The object does not appear to be of Roman date (Sally Worrell, pers.comm.) but the patina and worn condition suggest it may be ancient.

A fragment of a Roman copper-alloy possible brooch, of uncertain type. The fragment has a hollow back and is decorated with a D-shaped blue enamel cell in which is set a white circle which has a circular central setting of darker glass, possibly red.

A slightly domed copper-alloy brooch of uncertain period. The brooch has a central four point 'star' with two concentric circles, an outer annular frame of pellets, three rounded projections (one of which is missing), each with circles. The brooch has a loop on its upper edge, a hinge and catchplate on the back, an iron-rich patina and no clear evidence of enamel.

An early Roman brooch of Colchester type. The brooch has plain side wings, catchplate and spine but there is a rounded knop and a collar on the foot. The corrosion suggest an iron repair to the spring, unless the spring was iron originally.
