Possibly the central part of an umbonate disc brooch, apparently with a high tin content. Below the present rim the broken edge projects downwards and not outwards, suggesting the original width of the object is present. There is no trace of either hinge or catchplate, which suggests that the object is not a brooch and may be of much later date

A Hod Hill-type brooch, the spring and pin are both missing together with the two side lugs. The bow is decorated with a complicated series of transverse parallel ribs and flutings. On the bow is a rectangular expansion with similar ribs, and flutings which alternate between thick and thin, arranged at 90 degrees to those on the bow. The raised ribs on the expansion have faint transverse notched ornamentation. On the wide flutings on both bow and expansion are well-preserved white metal surfaces.

An equal-ended plate brooch, the spring and pin are both missing together with the upper terminal and part of the catchplate. The brooch is divided into two triangular areas, each sub-divided into three enamelled triangular cells, the central being blue and the others red. Between the triangles are two pairs of transverse notched ribs with a raised wavy line between each pair. A narrow ridged waist 9mm wide occupies the central space.

A disc brooch with a central umbonate projection, concave on the back where there is a hinge and catchplate. Around the circumference, and equally spaced, are eight projections. There is a possible band of decayed enamel on the inside of the rim of the brooch.

A Roman copper-alloy lozenge-shaped plate brooch. The brooch has four projecting terminals, although one side projection is now missing. It is 36mm long and 25mm wide. The projection at the top is pierced for attachment (?to a chain). The lowest is tri-lobate and has three stamped ring-and-dot motifs. The one surviving side projection has a single ring-and-dot. The central raised setting contains the remains of an enamel inlay which appears white, and which itself sits on a raised platform. A fragment of a Roman enamelled plate brooch; no original edges survive although the brooch was probably of lozenge shape. On the back is a raised strip; there is no trace of either the hinge or the catchplate. The central part of the brooch comprises four square panels divided by notched ribs. In one of these squares is an inlay of blue enamel which contains four white enamel circles.

A bow brooch of Colchester type in which the spring is formed in one piece; the brooch is complete except for the pin. The side wings are bent back and the spring, which is partly unwound, has an iron concretion adhering to its end. The catchplate, now bent, has four circular apertures. Two vertical grooves run the length of the spine.
