A tiny circular silver brooch. The loop curves outwards at one point to form the base of a tall collet in which would have been a gem. Most the sides of the collet are missing. The frame has a constriction for the pin. The pin survives and has a ridge between its shaft and its loop.

A crudely-made sub-annular brooch, crafted from sheet metal. The terminals of the circle have been hammered together and secured with a single iron rivet. Sections through the circle vary from nearly circular to flat. The crude pin is also cut from sheet.

An annular medieval brooch with a gilded outer face. The back of the brooch originally had a separately-attached bar. Around the flat brooch were originally six large (6.02mm diam, 6.16mm long) dome-headed rivets (two of which are now missing), presumably purely decorative. There is no sign of a separate pin and the brooch may have been sewn on.
