An incomplete cast copper-alloy object, possibly a pin from a buckle or brooch of uncertain date. It is missing its tip due to old breaks. The attachment end has a flattened oval loop with central circular aperture. This tapers towards the shaft of the pin, where there is a largeflattened triangular projection that extends forwards at an angle of 45 degrees from the pin. A worn, incomplete copper-alloy Aucissa derivative bow brooch of Roman date. It is missing the pin, axis bar and one of the wings due to old breaks. The terminal of the bow is rolled backwards to form a cylindrical aperture that would have held the now missing iron axis bar. Traces of the axis bar can just be seen in the one surviving wing. A fragment from a Roman copper-alloy bow brooch. The foot and catchplate from a Colchester derivative brooch. The bow has a central rib running down its length, continuing to the base of the foot. The catchplate is narrowed towards the point at which it turns upwards. It dates from the period AD 43 to 120. Similar to Blagg et al (2004), p. 96, nos. 111, 116 and 122. It measures 24.29mm in length, 4.34mm in width, 9.50mm in height (from bow to edge of cathchplate) 2.80mm in bow thickness and weighs 2.02g.

An incomplete copper alloy Roman headstud brooch. It has a short cylindrical head with a slot to the reverse to hold a hinged pin (now missing). Traces of iron corrosion here suggest that the pin fitting and perhaps the pin may have been made from iron. The stump of an integral head loop can been seen on top of the bow.
