A fragmentary copper-alloy brooch of Roman date. The object appears to be the bow of a Roman brooch. The object is bent over on itself. The top of the bow is broken from where is tapers downward to a point. The bow is decorated with approximately four vertical lines of circular punch marks. It is unclear whether this is the bow of a brooch as the break at the top could have been the attachment for a strap fitting.
