Two adjoining silver fragments apparently comprising roughly half an annular brooch of possibly Roman date, originally folded together with a fragment of probable pierced and clipped siliqua held inside. Both pieces of brooch are of similar size and have broken across a sharp bend in the frame of the brooch. The reverse is undecorated, though displays scratches presumably made through wear. The cross-section is rectangular in shape, measuring 7.3x1.3mm. When discovered, the two halves were joined but broke upon the discovery of the third fragment.
