A copper-alloy brooch, oval shaped surmounted by a King's crown and surrounded by a laurel and twisted rope border. At the centre of the brooch is depicted Nelson's Column and at the bottom of the brooch is written " ADMIRALTY". On the reverse is the damaged remains of the pin and catch plate.

Copper alloy annular brooch. The brooch is formed of a simple oval flat frame with a pin set through it at one end. The brooch appears to have been pressed, which indicates a modern date. It has a diameter of 28mm and an openwork internal diameter 17mm. There is evidence of inscription and/or decoration but indecipherable.

An incomplete cast copper alloy mourning brooch of modern date (c. 1800-1850). Description: The brooch is rectangular with a rectangular central void. This is the front of the brooch, which would have originally been formed in two sections or layers, sandwiched together, thus forming a cell in the centre which would have enclosed possibly human hair with a glazed front.
