Anglo-Saxon small-long brooch. The brooch is cast copper alloy and has a square headplate decorated with a ring and dot motif in the centre. The motif has two rings to it. Surrounding the headplate are three integral semi-circular wings. Each wing is decorated with two transversly incised lines forming a narrow collar. The bow is arched and faceted, and broken shortly after below. The reverse of the headplate has a single integral pierced lug for the pin. The pin is missing.

Anglo-Saxon cruciform brooch fragment, cast copper alloy. The brooch has a square headplate split into three smaller rectangular zones. The central rectangular zone is the largest and sits slightly proud of the flaking zones, being decorated with a perimeter of punched crescents. Two integral side knops remain. Each knop has a moulded collar divided into three bands, and a flat circular knopped terminal. The rest of the brooch is missing at the top of the bow. There is an incomplete double pin lug on the reverse of the headplate.

Anglo-Saxon cruciform brooch, cast copper alloy. The lowest part of the bow is visible, which is faceted and has three recessed collars below. The terminal is in the form of an animal's head. There are two large moulded eyes to either side, a long broad forehead and two circular nostrils forming the snout. The animal head is D-shaped in cross-section. The remains of a catchplate is situated on the reverse of the collared area.

Anglo-Saxon small-long brooch fragment dating to the sixth century AD. The fragment comprises the head plate. The head plate is rectangular in shape with two semi-circular cut outs in each corner giving it a cruciform appearance. It is decorated with a marginal pattern of stamped semi-circles and dots. On the underside of the head plate is a semi-circular lug with circular perforation. Iron corrosion products surround the lug. The fragment measures 22mm in length and 26mm in width. It has a thickness of 9mm.

Anglo-Saxon cruciform brooch fragment, lower bow and part of the flat panel from a early Anglo-Saxon brooch. There is a longitudinal decorative band running down the centre of the bow and below the bow transverse grooves delimit the start of the flat panel. Surviving length is 17.94mm and width is 17.38mm. All edges worn and damaged due to old breaks. Both faces are black probably due to exposure to fire, perhaps indicating that this brooch was originally from a cremation cemetary.

The fragment is a sub rectangular flat plate with one end rounded, and the other end broken with the majority of the brooch missing. A cast copper-alloy ansate brooch, with an arched back with an equally sized fan-shaped terminal on either end. The arched back of the brooch is decorated with three prominent ridges. Below the terminals there is a catchplate on one side and a double lug on the other. The remains of an iron pin can also been seen, but is heavily corroded. Ansate brooches are in origin a Frankish type, used in France from the 7th century onwards. They do not appear in England until the 8th century, and they appear to go out of use in the 10th century.

A gilt copper alloy brooch fragment; the decorative pin head from an annular brooch. The brooch is Irish and dates from the eighth or ninth century. The fragment is 45mm long, 7.6mm wide and 10.5mm thick. It weighs 22.5g and is in good condition. The pin head is basically lozenge shaped and consists of a central lozenge shaped recess with four sub-rectangular panels round it. The panels are linked by sub-circular settings. Incomplete gilded copper-alloy strip brooch of Weetch's type 31.C. It is lozenge-shaped, slightly longer than wide, with one of the narrower, more pointed corners now missing and the metal at the break bent. The opposite corner has two or three rivets which would originally have attached a separate pin. Cast copper alloy Early Medieval Anglo Saxon small-long brooch. The head-plate is a cruciform around a central square, with T-shaped arms defined by circular holes between the arms. Fragment of a copper alloy Group IV Anglo-Saxon cruciform brooch. The brooch remains below the bow to the upper part of the foot. The upper part of the fragment has a slight step up to where the bow would have started. To either side below is an incomplete lappet. The foot begins with two collars and then two eyes formed by moulded pellets. The reverse is slightly hollowed. Part of the catchplate is present.

A worn and incomplete cast copper alloy Early Medieval Anglo Saxon Cruciform brooch. The trapezoidal head plate has an incomplete wing on the left and the right one is missing. At the top of the head plate is an integral knob, which is flattened in section and domed in outline. The arched bow is carninated at the front and concave behind and the corners are faceted. The brooch is truncated at the base of the bow and the foot is missing. Behind the head plate is an incomplete single hinge. The surviving length is 45.9mm, the surviving width is 16.9mm and the weight is 10.24g.
