A fragment of a cast copper alloy small-long brooch of Early-Medieval date (c. AD 400 - c. AD 600). Length 23.2mm, width 17.8mm and 2.3mm thick. Weight 4.10g. The fragment is the complete foot of a brooch. It is sub-lozenge-shaped in plan and flat at the front. It has an old transverse break at the top where it would have joined the lower part of the bow. A fragment of a cast copper alloy small square-headed brooch of Early Early-Medieval date (AD 475 - AD 575). Length: 18.1mm; width: 15.9mm and 4.4mm thick. Weight: 1.42g. The fragment is part of the foot-plate and all the breaks are old. Viewing the brooch in plan, the front is decorated with a characteristic moulded cruciform shape. A fragment of a cast copper alloy and gilded object, probably part of a miniature square-headed brooch of Early-Medieval (Anglo-Saxon) date (c. AD 500 – c. AD 600). Length: 8.6mm; width: 7.5mm and 1.9mm thick. Weight: 0.49g.
This is probably the lower part of the foot of a miniature square-headed brooch. At the front moulded decoration is in the form of a raised central sub-square shape enclosed by a raised square frame. The rear face is flat and pitted due to corrosion. Traces of gilding are visible at the front only. There is no evidence for burning or melting.

A fragment of an Early-Medieval (Anglo-Saxon) brooch. Length: 15.9mm; width: 15.1mm; weight: 3.09g.
This fragment comprises the semi-circular head and part of the bow. The head is broken around the edges, flat at the front and flat at the rear. The bow is strongly arched as viewed form the side. At the top the bow is 12.1mm in width and at the transverse break the width is 9.9mm. At the front of the bow there are at least two vertical raised ribs.
The brooch is severely corroded and in poor condition with active bronze disease.
