Early-Medieval copper-alloy strip brooch, length 40mm, width 23mm, thickness 1mm, weight 4.28g. The brooch consists of an undecorated flat lozenge-shaped plate. The integral spring emerges from the top corner of the brooch and coils once before straightening to form the pin; the rest of the pin is now missing. At the opposite corner is a small protruding rod that is bent back on itself and would have acted as a catchplate. An incomplete cast copper-alloy small-long brooch. The head plate is trapezoidal in plan and undecorated. The reverse of the head plate has an integral vertical lug with a circular perforation situated at the centre of the lower edge of the head plate. The bow comprises a short, high-arched segment with a small decorative collar or band near the lower edge of the bow. The item is a flat copper alloy fragment which is possibly a fragment of a circle. On the upper face of the fragment there is a small sub-rectangular indentation. In this area on the reverse there is a small lug protruding at right-angles to the reverse face. The lug has a small indentation along its edge. This maybe the remains of a hole in the lug. Around this possible hole is traces of iron corrosion. The iron could be the remains of an iron pin.

Cast copper alloy detachable side knob from a florid cruciform brooch. Length 22mm, width 31mm, thickness 5mm. The knob is mushroom-shaped and highly decorated, in the form of a face mask with large round eyes in the centre; there is a rectangular projection above this which would have been attached to the head plate of the brooch. On the reverse of this rectangular projection are two small copper-alloy rivets. The object is a fragment of a brooch. It is made from cast copper alloy. The upper portion of the brooch is a sub-square shape in plan, however the upper and left-hand vertical edge are abraded, the right-hand vertical edge is less abraded. The outer face of this portion is undecorated. On the reverse, towards the lower edge is an integral lug, which is a rectangular shape, with the vertical edge being broken. Further parallel lines of dots run outside these lines with two on each side. Two parallel diagonal lines of dots run through each quarter. A single line of dots circles the outside edge. An incomplete small, long copper alloy brooch of probable Early Medieval date (AD.500-700). The object comprises the foot and small part of the bow most of the bow. The foot is oval shaped with two diagonal notched lines in the centre creating a chevron and two small recessed lines on the forward edge. To the rear the arch of the bow has a D-shaped cross-section, at the truncated terminal is the remains of a dished recess that may have held a stone.
