201 Aldin Grange pottery fragments. Of the 201 fragments, 41 are diagnostic, including 20 rim sherds. Aldin Grange pottery was produced in the mid-14th to mid-15th century in what is now Bearpark Civil Parish. Evidence for medieval pottery manufacture in Durham county is not prolific, with Aldin Grange representing one of few relatively large-scale pottery works.
