A copper alloy Roman nummus coin probably of Constans (AD 333 - 350), Fel Temp Reparatio 'hut' type showing a soldier pulling a barbarian from a hut (AD 348 - 350). The mintmark is illegible. The coin has a diameter of 20.9mm and is 2.1mm thick. It weighs 3.7g. The obverse is very corroded but the reverse is in better condition. Though the mint cannot be identified, the coin is similar to numbers 28-31 in Late Roman Bronze Coinage. This coin was bought, but is believed to come from Lincoln.

The coin is similar to numbers 137 - 140 in Volume VIII of Roman Imperial Coinage, but the mintmark is illegible. The mint is probably Rome, Constantinople, Nicomedia, Antioch or Alexandia.
