This description is reconstructed from a skeleton record and has to remain speculative: Copper alloy radiate of Carinus as Augustus (AD 283-5), Two standing figures (not specified). It is probably an issue of the mints of Siscia, Cyzicus or Antioch. See RIC V, pt 2, pp. 177-9, cf. nos. 314, 314a, 323-4 and 325-7.
