A base silver contemporary copy of a Roman denarius of Caracalla (AD 196-217), dating to the period c.AD 200-202 (Reece period 10). MINERVA SANCT reverse type depicting Minerva standing left holding shield and spear. The reverse type is from the mint of Rome and is proper to Geta, although is also listed as a hybrid with Septimius Severus in RIC (RIC IV.1, p. 131, no. 319). This coin is therefore likely a base hybrid with an obverse of Caracalla and reverse of Geta.

A probable plated silver contemporary copy of a denarius of Caracalla (AD 198 - 217), (Reece period 10). MONETA AVG reverse type depicting Moneta holding scales and cornucopiae. As with many Severan copies, the reverse is of another issue or ruler. In this case a later coin of Caracalla (dating to AD 210-3) did have this reverse type (RIC IV, pt 1, p. 244, no. 224), but has the obverse legend ANTONINVS PIVS AVG BRIT with Caracalla laureate and draped right. The obverse type of this coin {ANTONINVS PIVS AVG], however, is earlier, probably dating to AD 201-210 (RIC IV, pt 1, p. 230ff.) …
