An incomplete copper alloy object of uncertain date (but probably Roman to post-medieval, AD 43-1800), circular in cross-section (3.4mm diameter) with an old break at one end while the other curves back on itself and forms a triangular point (D-shaped in cross-section, being rounded to the front), rough to the reverse and with traces of iron residue. It measures 47.9mm in length and 29.6mm in width, weighing 5.49g.

A lead undatable possible gaming piece, spherical in shape with grooved decoration: around top and bottom, concentric circles while around the centre short vertical lines with a trasverse groove crossing them to create squares. The underside has a central depression c.1mm deep.

A complete pair of copper-alloy tweezers possibly Roman in date, however a medieval date cannot be ruled out. The tweezers are made from a single sheet of copper alloy which has been folded over on itself at a defined loop to form a sprung end. The arms of the tweezers flare out gradually along the length (3.5mm at the loop end, 5mm at the tip); these have been bent out of alignment. The tweezers are rectangular in cross section. There is no decoration. The tweezers are 49.6mm in length, 0.9mm in thickness and weigh 3.43g.

An irregularly-shaped and probably incomplete lead vessel mend or 'pot-mend' of uncertain date (but probably AD 43 - 1800). The object consists of two halves (one of which is smaller than the other) joined at the centre. A thin piece of oxidised probably earthenware ceramic is visible between the halves, being orangey brown from the firing process. The object measures 39.1mm by 31.8mm, and is 17.9mm thick. It weighs 71.18g.

A fragment of gold of uncertain date or function. Possibly hack gold. Sub-rectangular plan with rounded corners. Wedge-shaped profile, with a thicker edge which thins towards the opposite edge.Both surfaces are undecorated, but each has elongated impressed lines. A gold object of uncertain date, 13mm in length, comprised of two circular gold wire rings which were originally interlinked and which have been partially melted and fused together by exposure to fire or heat. The internal diameter of the rings is around 8.5mm and they are around 1mm thick with circular cross section. There are breaks in the rings which appear to be from heat damage rather than from the process of manufacture. Possibly a jewellery component, but of uncertain date.

A worn and incomplete Roman cast disc brooch of 2nd-century date. This flat brooch has an annular body with circular open centre (Dia.: 6.2mm). At the compass points are four protrusions which have suffered differing levels of abrasion. An incomplete cast copper-alloy Roman trumpet-headed 'fly' brooch (2nd century AD). The bow, trumpet-shaped head, pin and enamel inlay are missing. The surviving parts of the brooch, comprising the leg and foot knob, are in the form of an insect’s wings and head. The wings have a maximum width of 17.45mm and are triangular in plan as if the insect, probably a fly, is in a resting pose. The bulbous foot knob represents the head. A damaged and incomplete cast copper-alloy Roman T-shape brooch dating to around the second half of the 1st century AD. Although the brooch survives in good condition, both wings are bent, the catch-plate has been damaged due to an old break and the pin is missing. A damaged 2nd-century cast copper-alloy enamelled Roman plate brooch. The brooch is a crescent shape with one extant knopped terminal. The upper surface features two fields of enamel, one blue and the other in red, divided by a curved partition. The smaller, internal field runs along around three quarters of the internal curve.
