A complete modern gold fob-seal matrix with inset gem die (19th century AD). The artefact is very ornate with moulded foliate decoration. The die is rectangular with rounded corners. It is of a purple gem, probably amethyst, with a flat field and bevelled and faceted edges. Carved in intaglio in a 'Gothic' (Blackletter) script is the plea 'Remember me'. The lower element in which the die sits measures 18.75 by 16.25mm by 9.07mm high. Concealed in the top of the lower element is a small plait of hair under glass. A modern copper alloy apothecary weight measuring c.15mm (3mm in thickness) and weighing 7.32g (113.0gn). The weight is square and worn in places. This is a brass weight for 2 drachms. It bears the 'traditional' symbol for the drachm number which was used on this form of weight from the 17th to the 20th century. Date: c.AD 18th century.

Tin alloy toy, quite modern in date, and dating probably to the 1920s/ 1940s era. It stands 75mm high and max.27mm wide, and is a figurine of a man dressed in a long overcoat with three buttons and lapels, and a kerchief around his neck. 19th/ 20th century lead alloy circular toy clockface, possibly a toy pocketwatch as the edge is damaged in one place, with a glass protector. The hours are depicted as 1, 2, 3 and so on. The time reads about 7 minutes to 2. Both numbers and arms are moulded decoration beneath the glass. The reverse is decorated with a series of concentric circles, some of which have additional punched decoration. Both front and reverse are slightly domed. Weighs 5.76g, measures 20.81mm in diameter.
