An incomplete silver Roman denarius of Sabina (AD 128-137), dating to the period AD 128-137 (Reece period 6). VENERI GENETRICI reverse type depicting Venus, draped, standing front, head right, holding apple in left hand and with right hand drawing up folds of drapery from left shoulder. Mint of Rome. As BMC, p. 360, no. 944; RIC II, p. 387, no. 396. Half of the coin is missing due to old breaks.
