A copper-alloy Roman as of Hadrian (AD 117-138), probably a cast copy, dating to the period AD 121-122 (Reece period 6). P M TR P COS III, SC reverse type, FORT RED in exergue, depicting Fortuna seated left holding rudder and cornucopiae. Mint of Rome. Cf. RIC II, p. 421, no. 617. This is a coin of British Association as noted by D. Walker (1988) with examples from the Sacred Spring at Bath. Walker published nine examples of cast asses from the 'casting mint' with FORT RED reverse type: Walker, 1988: p. 292, nos. 22-30, pl. XXXII.
