Nine scrapers 1) End scraper length 33mm, width 20mm, thickness 7mm. One arise on the dorsal, soft hammered bulb on the ventral 70% cortex on the right side of the dorsal. The forward edge has direct, abrupt, flaking scars that results in a convex terminal, grey flint with a patina forming, this artefact dates to the Late Mesolithic. 2) Side and end scraper length 30mm, width 25mm, thickness 10mm. Medieval? copper alloy object, 23mm long, 13mm wide and 1mm thick. the object is in fair condition with a dark brown patina and weighs 1.34grams. The object is sub triangular in form and has a ridge along its longest straight edge where something has snapped off. Its surface is decorated with a line of six incised ring and dot motifs running its length with a further one on each side near the wide edge. It has a narrower straight edge at its other end which also appears to be detacthed from something. It could be a buckle plate or a book fitting?

A copper alloy button which is probably eighteenth century in date. The button is of two piece construction with a hollow onion shaped dome and a separate wire loop. It is 8.4mm in diameter and 16mm thick. Similar examples can be seen on page 80 of “Buttons and Fasteners” by Gordon Bailey. The button is in very good condition and has a dusty grey and light green patina.
