A fragment of a Post Medieval copper alloy vessel, a cooking or serving pot, possibly part of a leg, or leg repair, dating to c AD 1500 - 1800. It is a robust strip of metal,sub rectangular, with apparently roughly worked flanges down the long sides, probably to provide stability. A complete copper alloy zoomorphic stirrup terminal dating to the early medieval period (c.AD 1000-1100).
The object consists of a solid sub-triangular foot from which protrudes an elongated semi-cylindrical socket that is C-shaped in section. The socket has a moulded zoomorphic decoration that consists of raised bulbous eyes at the top of the head that look down on snub-nosed socketed. The tip of the nose is defined by an insided line at the tip and the eyes are emphasised by an incised line that encircles the eyes and joins together to travel over the head to the sub-trianular foot.…

A Post-Medieval copper-alloy cast eye section from a clasp of Read's Class A, Type 7, dating to AD 1600 - 1700. The object is convex, with moulded relief decoration of radial lines which form a scallop shell. There are three small circular attachment loops; one at the end and two flanking the eye loop, which is trapezoidal.

Possible finger ring or even a mount. It is ovoid in shape with a sub-circular central face, from which further material extends out to form the overall. These extensions both have a hole drilled in them, and are angled downwards below the plane of the central face, forming a semicircular section. It is symmetrical in both axes. The semicircular shape fits the finger (a modern male finger) but the two holes either side suggest that this was mounted to something else with a circular shape.

A Roman copper alloy finger ring. The ring is in poor condition, and is no longer circular as the shank has been broken and flattened in antiquity. The bezel survives and is decorated with a 'bullseye' pattern typical of the period. The outer ring has red enamel remaining, the next circular cell has no enamel. Then a further cell contains what would have been white or yellow enamel and the centre is again empty, but was likely to have been enamelled also. It is of Daubney's Group 4

A complete Post Medieval, copper alloy cuff link or cuff button dating from AD 1740-1786. Each fastener is circular in plan with a rope twist border. The cuff link probably depicts Frederick the Great on horseback left holding a batton his left hand and horses reins in his right. The rear of the two fasteners is undecorated. They have an integral looped shank and are joined by a drawn wire link.

The key consists of an open circular bow that is decorated with a moulded zoomorphic design; two animal heads facing the apex of the bow with mouths open and connected by the top of the bow.
