Criss-cross or grid pattern similar to the Arms of the Waterman's Guild or possibly this could represent harrowing or ploughing work. Rather worn condition. Ref. A cast lead token. The token is flat and roughly circular. The obverse depicts a grid design with a pellet in the centre. The reverse depicts a geometric spiral. The lead has gone a mid brownish-grey colour. Due to a lack of context this token can only be loosely dated from between circa 1400 – 1850 AD.
