A complete cast lead alloy circular token, dating to the Post Medieval period. One face of the token is stamped with the letters 'IC' and the other face has a stamped 'PC' and the number 12. It measures 21.12 mm in diameter, 1.84 mm thick and weighs 5.1 grams. Lead tokens had a wide variety of uses and were made locally; they are therefore difficult to date precisely but those with initials are thought to be Post Medieval, c. 1550-1850 AD. Furthermore, the style of lettering suggests that this token is likely to date to the Post Medieval or perhaps early Modern period.
