An incomplete component of a post medieval carved antler bird dart. It is the 'spear' tip of the dart, which had at least 4 barbs all along one edge (three are intact and a fourth is visible as a break). The tip of component has broken off at the fourth barb; therefore the full length and number of barbs is uncertain.
