RIC IV.3, p. 48, nos. 298a, 299a passim. This is probably a light sestertius rather than an as, which has a much smaller module. Measurements: 27.21mm in diameter, 3.38mm thick and 10.75g in weight.

This is a hybrid type combining an obverse of Rome issues 1-3 and a reverse of Rome issue 4 (cf. RIC IV.3, p. 25, no. 88 for the reverse type). Similar hybrids are noted in RIC and an example in the British Museum from the Beachey Head hoard (BM 1966,0909.2) combines a similar obverse with a P M TR P V COS II P P reverse type.
