A copper alloy cylinder made from a thin sheet of metal that has been bent to make the ends join. There is a raised strip down the length of the cylinder where the two ends were originally affixed, though they are now apart. Decorated with panels containing a stamped foliate design, bordered with rows of stamped or punched rings and dots. One edge is ragged and appears to have been torn, the other is edged with a series of rounded lobes, which are decorated with two lines coming to a point above a raised band.
