A complete lead musket ball dating to the Post Medieval period (c. AD 1600-1800). The object is sub-spherical is shape and has a couple of pits, but does not appear to have been fired. The musket ball has a diameter of 12.1 mm and weighs 9.1g. The musket ball is an off white, light grey colour, with an even surface patina. There are a large number of similar objects recorded on the PAS database, inlcuding: WAW-6066FE, WMID-191CF4, SUR-A2A4A4; SWYOR-8E3D62; and SWYOR-1BE638.
