Medieval to post-medieval tapering cylindrical lead weight with a shallow and rough annular concavity in the base and a very gently convex top. Height / length 45mm. Diameter 23 - 29mm. Weight 242g / 3735 grains. Possibly for 2/3 pound troy (=3840 grains) or just possibly overwieght for ½ pound avoirdupois (=3500 grains). 13th - 16th century.

As Margeson 1993, nos. 257-8 and de Reuck 1991, 41, right-hand row, seventh and eight from top. Length / height 34mm. Width 13mm. c.1600 - c.1650.

Medieval trapezoidal copper alloy sheet end-cap from a scale-tang knife with the remains of the end of the tang within a perforation, with the narrow end curled up into hook with which a wire suspension ring is engaged. Cf. Cowgill et al. 1987, fig. 64 no. 123, and three examples from Norfolk, Brettenham (HER 5653, NMS-8739E4), Snettisham (HER 1487, NMS-CBF385) and East Walton (HER 29273, NMS-EAA1A3). 20.6mm (excluding ring) x 10mm. Diameter of ring 6mm. 14th - 15th century.

Medieval sheet copper alloy shield-shaped strap end with a bar-mount of arched cross-section secured by a rivet with a circular rove, a rivet hole near a missing point at the centre of the inside edge, and two notches and a point on both edges. There is a recess on the underside of the bar-mount, cf. Egan and Pritchard 1991, no. 738. Extant length 14.5mm. Width 15mm. Bar-mount 4.8 x 15mm. Second half 14th century.

Width 17.4mm. - part of the loop missing, very similar to ibid. no. 370. Length 32.7mm. Width 16.5mm.
