Grey flint with thick re-formed cortex, probable scraper. Small thick irregular chunk with a smooth ?dorsal side and a flat ?ventral surface where cortex has re-formed. Milky patina extends over part of the dorsal side, suggesting its exposure to a calcareous environment. Angled scalar retouch executed from the dorsal aspect trims part of this patina along a curved edge opposite a flat thick butt, while the opposite longer edge bears two smoothed zones perhaps arising from a hinge fracture.
