An incomplete unpolished neolithic flaked axehead made from mottled grey flint. The source of the flint is probably the Lincolnshire Wolds. It is pointed oval in cross-section, and slightly convex across its length. One end of the axehead is broken off leaving a smooth end. One face has a crude longitudinal central ridge, with small patches of cortex visible on the ridge. The tip also has a small patch of cortex visible. It is 101mm long, 52mm wide, 25.6mm thick and weighs149.3g.

Two sections of the ventral surface are loose and can lose some flakes if forced. The ventral surface is almost flat with a short, scaled and semi-abrupt retouch. The distal surface is covered in cortex and slightly bulges outwards.
