A copper alloy post-medieval Nuremberg 'rose and orb' jetton of Hanns Kravwickel II dating to AD 1586-1635. Obverse depicts three crowns alternately with three lis around a central 6-petalled rose and with the legend HANNS KRAVWINCKEL. Reverse depicts an imperial orb surmounted by a cross pattee. The reverse legend is GOTES REICH BLIBT EWICK. Cf.: Mitchiner (1988), no. 1543. Diameter 21 mm, thickness < 1 mm, weight 1.29 g

A late medieval late Tournai copper alloy jetton of three circles type dating to C AD 1447-1521. Obverse shows three circles with quatrefoil in each. Obverse legend: IE(V)ME RECDVMARDE ADIEVA. Reverse shows a short cross patty with flowers at each point. Reverse legend: GETTOI DE TOVRNAI AME. The legend contains similarities to other jettons of this type though in this case it appears to be nonsense. This jetton is unusually thick at 2.7mm thick. It weighs 10.3 g

Complete but worn struck or hammered copper alloy Jetton of early post Medieval date. The jetton is probably a Nuremberg issue but it has not been possible to decipher the legend on either face in order to try and establish an issuer. The obverse shows 3 crowns & 3 fleur-de-lys alternating around a central rose. The reverse shows an imperial orb within a tressure. Dated broadly to the sixteenth century, c.1500-1600.
