A lead alloy weight. It is shaped like an elongated sphere. The neck is long and flat, sub regtanular in shape. In the centre, near the tip is a suspension hole. The base is flat in the centre and would therefore stand. Weights like these are seen in the Roman (for example SUSS-EA2CCC) and Medieval (NLM-5D1F37) periods. The weight of 192g does not accord with the Roman weight system, as 1 semis is equvilent to 164.5g. Two complete lead shots of post medieval date, probably c.AD 1700-1800.
Both of the shots are essentially spherical, with one end projected out to a conical point and the other to a small, cylindrical projection. This gives the shots a "tear drop"- like appearance Each has six sub rectangular indents running a circumferential band. Both have a cream coloured patina.
The shots weigh 10.24g & 10.16g so were likely intended to be fired from an 18th century pistol.

A complete but squashed lead powder measure cap, probably used for measuring a charge of gunpowder, dating to the post medieval period (c.AD 1600-1700).
The cap, prior to being deformed, would have had a circular "base" and an oval mouth. Viewed with the mouth at the top, the sides flare gently outwards and upwards from the base. The bowl is now compressed and bent from one side. The object has a light grey patina.

A mostly complete copper alloy thimble dating to the post medieval period (c.AD 1700-1800).
The thimble is conical in shape with a domed top and open base. The sides flare outwards slightly from the top. The surface is presents regular mechanically knur'ed circular pits on the sides and a die-stamped lozenge-shaped on the dome. The base is plain and has a worn and slightly incomplete edge. The object has a mid-brown patina.

The object is formed from a two broadly flat but irregularly shaped (sub-oval) faces. The faces are directly connected but off centrel. No trace of pottery surrounds the object. It has a dark cream patina.

The object consists of a flat circular base above which is a short globular section and then raised transverse collar. Extending from this is a circular sectioned stem that gradually narrows to the top before terminating in a worn break. The object has a light green patina.

The hoop has slightly faceted sides and the interior hoop is flat creating a sub-oval hexagonal cross section.The surface has dark green patina and is covered in filing marks.

A complete copper alloy shoe / clog clasp dating to the post medieval period (c.AD 1700-1900).
The clasp is formed of a broadly shield-shaped plate that has a flat top and sides that gradually curve towards pointed end. Both ends present an integral hook that folds into the back of the object. The hook at the top is small and sub-rectangular in shape and the hook to the bottom is wide and pelta-shaped. The surface of the clasp is worn and abraded, no decoration appears to survive. It has a brown patina with patches of bright green corrosion.

An incomplete, solid copper alloy (tombac) button dating from the post medieval period (c.AD 1600-1800).
The button is circular with a plano-convex head. The face is shallowly domed with a pimple at the apex. The underside is flat with two stubs for the copper alloy wire attachment loop which is now missing. The object has a smooth, dark grey patina.

The body of the ampulla is circular with an elongated rectangular neck extending from one edge. Where the neck meets the body is positioned one attachment loop on each side; one is complete, the other partially complete. The opening at the top of the neck has been pinched shut. Both faces are worn and slightly abraded and present no decoration. The object has a dark creme patina.
