A rim sherd of a hand made late Bronze Age/ early Iron Age pottery vessel. The rim is rounded and the breaks are fresh. The fabric is quite hard with frequent small to medium shelly inclusions. The fabric has a light brown/grey core with mottled brown external surfaces.

A body sherd from a hand-made ceramic vessel. The wall thickness is uneven and is a maximum of 12.6mm. The fabric is a dark grey coloured shelley ware. The shell inclusions are occassional, but are quite large. It is likely to be Bronze Age or Iron Age in date.

A heavily abraded body sherd, possibly of late Bronze Age - early Iron Age date. Shelly fabric, with frequent and large shell inclusions. The exterior surface is pale orange, the interior surface is red/orange and the core is dark grey. The thickness of the walls varies slightly, which is indicative of a hand-made vessel.

Sherd of Bronze Age pottery measuring 51.2mm long by 43mm wide and 12.3mm thick. The fabric is light reddish brown in colour with combed decoration on the outer surface. The inclusions are of crushed stone. The edges are heavily abraded. The form of the vessel is difficult to ascertain given the lack of a base or rim, however, the sherd is quite flat and is probably from a large vessel, possibly a storage jar. The weight was not recorded.

A sherd of Bronze Age pottery measuring 38.1mm long by 33.3mm wide and 7.1mm thick. The fabric is light orangey brown in colour with impressed dot decoration on the outside. The temper is of crushed shell. The edges are highly abraded. Given the lack of rim or base it is difficult to assign a form to the vessel. Weight = 13.43g.
