An undecorated body sherd from a vessel of probable Middle Bronze Age date. The fabric is a reduced dark grey with orange oxidised surfaces. It has moderate shell inclusions (up to 5mm). An undecorated body sherd from a vessel of possible Early Bronze Age date. The vesicular (porous) fabric is an oxidised mid-orange with one grey reduced surface. The fabric contains sparse rounded grog inclusions (up to 2mm). Other inclusions appear to have been burnt out. They may have been organic and/or the vessel may have been over-fired. Two sherds of pottery of probable Early to Middle Bronze Age date. The body sherds have oxidised orange external surfaces, more reduced buff internal surfaces and reduced buff/grey cores. The fabric contains moderate shell fragments (up to 8mm). Both sherds have external impressed decoration consisting of a linear band which is parallel to a band of small circular impressions. The sherds may come from urns. Total weight: 18g
