Description: Piece of gold rod, probably a small fragment of a flange-twisted or bar-twisted torc with three flanges, now bent into a spiral of two full turns. One end is original, with a rounded tip and neat triangular cross-section. From the rounded tip, the terminal flares slightly for c. 10mm and runs straight, before starting to coil. As it starts to curve, each face becomes concave so that the cross-section is Y-shaped, and the rod is then neatly twisted as well as bent into a coil. A fragment of a flange- or bar-twisted gold torc, 39.7mm in length, dating to the Middle Bronze Age (probably Penard phase) c. 1300 - 1100 BC. The torc has a x-shaped cross-section with four flanges twisted into a spiral with a circular cross-section of 6.6mm diameter. Both ends of the fragment are abraded and one appears to have been crushed. It is unclear whether the fragment has broken off from or been cut from the original torc.

A fragment from a Bronze Age copper-alloy spiral twisted torc. The fragment is formed from a sub-square cross-sectioned bar that has been twisted into a spiral along its length. It is bent into a slight arc and there is a clean, cut break across each end. It survives in fairly good condition with patches of corrosion in places on the surface and no obvious signs of wear. A fragment of Middle Bronze Age (probably Penard phase, c. 1300 - 1100 BC) flange- or bar-twisted gold torc. The fragment is straight with breaks at either end. The torc has a x-shaped cross-section with four flanges, although they twist in such a way as to give a circular cross-section around the flanges. The breaks are quite sharp, suggesting they could be quite recent. The bend is not quite at the centre of the object.

A complete, albeit warped, Middle Bronze Age cast copper alloy spiral-twisted torc dating to the ornament horizon (1400-1250 cal BC). The torc is made of a copper alloy bar that has been bent into a U-shape in profile, the terminals then bent outwards at c.45 and 40 degrees. A complete piece of gold ribbon or bracelet possibly dating to the Bronze Age, 2350BC to 800 BC. The ribbon is a long thin strip of a gold, which has been folded three times over itself, and terminates at either end with a rounded edge. The surface of the ribbon has been scratched. There is no decoration visible. The ribbon is a yellow gold colour, and measures 76.1mm in length, 7.3mm in width, 0.6mm in thickness, and weighs 4.23g.  Similar to Record KENT-21C63F on the database.

Description: Single fragment of a gold, four-flange, twisted bar torc comprising one terminal and a length of twisted metal which represents probably less than half of the original hoop. The surviving terminal is round in cross section and is between 3mm and 5mm in diameter. Solid gold armring with punched decoration. The armring is circular in section and curves in an oval shape, with overlapping terminals. Shallow punched dots cover the outer three quarters of the object. These measure approximately 1.44mm in diameter and are tightly clustered, with some overlap.
