An incomplete stone possible mould, for an uncertain object, possibly a spear tip, possibly of Middle Bronze Age dating (2300 BC to 1500 BC). Around 25% of the possible stone mould is present, consisting of a triangular recess, with raised edges. The reverse is rounded with no signs of working. Breaks are present along the raised edges and at the base of the triangular recess. It measures 60.7 mm in length, 31.2 mm wide and 13.0 mm thick. It weighs 31.7 g. The stone is a fine grained probable sandstone. Light brown in colour, with a smooth surface.

An incomplete copper-alloy Middle Bronze Age palstave mould consisting of one half of the mould dating to the period c.1500-1300 BC. The mould varies in thickness it is 9.9mm thick at the funnel, the walls are 13.4mm wide at the loop and the walls taper in width to a minimum width of 6.85mm at the blade. A copper alloy Middle Bronze Age palstave mould formed of two interlocking halves (i.e. bivalve) was found on the 25th of February 2017. No other objects or details of the find context were reported. The two halves (valves) of the palstave mould are described separately below and have been labelled and referred to as 'Part A' and 'Part B' throughout. A cast copper-alloy single valve from a two-piece Late Bronze Age socketed axe mould. Signs of corrosion are visible on the interior and exterior surfaces, and where visible through the dark green patina the metal beneath has a very silvery appearance perhaps indicative of a high tin or lead content in the alloy. A complete single bronze valve from a two-piece looped palstave mould of Middle Bronze Age date. The object shows some signs of pitting and corrosion on the exterior surface, which has a dark green patina, and on the interior is blackened. The interior has at one end a semi-circular casting sprue that is slightly globular in form to enable the molten metal to be poured into the mould. Greisen (altered granite or pegmatite) mould for casting a ribbed socketed bronze axe, with four rib ends on the blade face, suggesting that the axe produced in it would be of southern ribbed type from the Ewart Park phase, c.1000-800 BC. This is one part of a two part mould, and this half of the mould is broken, so that the upper part, which would have shaped the mouth and side-loop of the axe, is now missing.
