A complete cast copper-alloy seal matrix of medieval date (c.1300-1400). Description: The object consists of a circular die face, a waisted handle, hexagonal in cross-section and oval loop, with iron corrosion within. The dies face is engraved with a a pair of crossed arms above/below a crescent. A plain circular border separates this from the inscription which starts at 12 or 6 o'clock and runs retrograde around the edge of the die face reading, '+PRIVE SV', which translates to 'I am private'. A barbed and tanged arrowhead, formed by knapping. It is made of a pale semi- transluscent flint with some inclusions. It is slightly flatter on one side then the other, and the tip of one of the barbs is missing. Having been found near a beach it has been worn so no sharp edge remains, but the shape is consistent. Arrowheads such as these, see also NMGW-24C12C, are classified as Sutton Type B (Green 1980) are commonly associated with the emergence of the Beaker phenomenon in Britain. An incomplete cast copper-alloy Roman or later Iron Age bow brooch of La Tene III or Nauheim derivative type. A portion of the integrally cast spring is retained separately. The bow has a flat cross sectional profile and is lenticular in shape, expanding to a maximum width of 8.5mm at the lower end before tapering sharply towards the foot which has largely broken off. The bow is decorated with a double row of punched dots along both lateral margins.

A fragment of a cast copper alloy Roman brooch of Colchester derivative Harlow double-lugged type dating to the first century AD. The arms are hemi-cylindrical and decorated with transverse ridges. The spring is held on a copper alloy spindle in a double lugged flange at the centre. Approximately half of the spring and the chord are retained. The bow is narrow and strongly arched, lenticular in cross section and decorated with a ridge along the spine. The rest of the bow, the foot and the catchplate are missing.

An incomplete and very worn cast copper-alloy key, probably of Medieval date (c. AD 1200-1400). Only part of the circular-sectioned stem and triangular bit survives. The stem is broken at the non-bit end and tapers to a rounded point. The stem thickens towards the bit. The bit projects at 90 degrees from the stem and is solid in compistion. The entire object very worn and abraded. The patina is light green. The key measures 20.9mm long. The stem is a maximum of 2.7mm thickness. The bit is 8.1mm wide and 2.3mm thick. The key weighs 1.41 grams.

A late Medieval cast copper-alloy annular buckle with an incomplete pin dating to c.1250-1450. Flattened circular frame, with a pin simply wrapped around and able to traverse completely around it. The pin is missing the tip and is formed from flat copper-alloy strip with the reverse having 'turned up' sides to increase rigidity strength. Both buckle and pin display an even green patina. An incomplete cast copper-alloy post-medieval dress fastener (dress hook) dating to c.AD 1500-1600. Read Class E Type 5. The object is trefoil in form, cast in one-piece with moulded relief and openwork. The trefoil dress hook is rendered with an undecorated Hungerford knot, each running end of the cord terminates with a pellet. Above is a transverse linear plano-convex rod for attachment to an additional dress hook. There is a plain ridged collar at the juncture of the plate and hook. The hook terminates in an old break.
