A group of 58 copper alloy lace tags (also known as aglets, aiglets or lace chapes) of Medieval to Post-Medieval date, about 1200 - 1650. Complete examples are mainly of similar dimensions, approximately 30mm long, 3mm in diameter and with a weight of 0.4g, though some are broken and incomplete. Most have longitudinal seams and a circular attachment hole at one end. Most are plain, but at least 2 have a stamped or moulded diaper or lattice pattern. A cast copper alloy sub annular post medieval shoe buckle. The frame is 26.3 in length and decorated with moulded transverse ridges. It is drilled for an iron spindle which has a triangular stud chape (missing its stud) and the remnant of an iron pin but has separated from the frame. There is an illegible maker's mark on the chape.

An incomplete copper-alloy strap end of Early-Medieval date, c. AD 750 - 950. Possibly Thomas' Class A, Type 5. The strap end is sub-oval in shape with a pointed terminal at the closed end and a worn break at the end from which the split attachment plates would have extended. Only part of the lower plate survives. The pointed terminal is worn though bears traces of indistinct moulded decoration. The front of the main plate has a longitudinal recessed rectangular panel. A complete medieval copper alloy composite strap end. One whole plate, one partial plate and the spacer are retained; the plates are rectangular with a rounded terminal with a small projection. The spacer fills the front half of the object and is secured with a single rivet; the rear end is incomplete but had a decorative circular cutaway at the centre, with rivets to either side, one of which is retained. There is no decoration. Circa 14th-15th century.

The stem is sub-oval with flattened sides in section, with the appearance of a small collar, where it meets the bow. A complete lead-alloy spindle whorl of medieval to post-medieval date, c.AD 1100 - 1600. Walton Rogers Form C. The spindle whorl is bi-conical with a central perforation running through it. Both surfaces have faint traces of moulded decoration though the object is worn obscuring the exact design. The metal has a mid-brown patina and is worn. The spindle whorl is 27.19mm in diameter, 10.78mm thick and weighs 29.41g. From the base of the head a collared circular sectioned shaft extends, tapering to a worn break. The metal has a green patina. A small, rounded, garnet bead, of unknown date, Roman - Post Medieval, AD 43 - 1900. It is an irregular, smooth, rounded shape and has a circular hole through it (about 1mm diameter) nearer to one end. The bead is 3mm long and 2.7mm in diameter. It weighs 0.1g. Garnets are frequently found on the Thames foreshore (LON-0C7DE2 for example) and another worked garnet bead is LON-0335F7, but they can seldom be dated without additional context.

A copper alloy late Bronze Age socketed axehead dating from about 1140 BC - 1000 BC. It is a type Fulford socketed axe. The axe is sub-rectangular in plan and wedge-shaped in cross-section. It has a square socket with a moulded triple collar, wider at the top. The sides expand slightly, and then curve at the tips.
