A copper-alloy Roman coin possibly a sestertius of Trajan (AD 98-117), dating to the period c.AD 114-117 (Reece period 5). Possibly REX PARTHIS DATVS, S C reverse type depicting Trajan seated facing left on platform on right with a prefect, placing a diadem on the head of King Parthamaspates who stands below beside the platform. Parthia kneels to the left in supplication. Mint of Rome. Cf. RIC Vol.II, p.291, pl.XI, fig.194, no.667 See SUR-91AB23 for a similar coin in much better condition.
