An incomplete late Roman to Early Medieval copper alloy pin, dating to AD 300-500. The pin head is biconvex with a central ridge running around the circumference of the head, creating two halves. The top half narrows to a rounded point in the centre of the head, and is conical in shape. The lower half extends downwards in a conical shape, and narrows to the integral shaft. This has a raised collar, and is sub circular in shape. The pin is very worn, and is a light red brown colour. It meaures 20.1mm in length, 10.8mm by 10.1mm across the head, and weighs 3.99g.

An incomplete Roman cast copper-alloy harness fitting dating to the period AD 43-120. The fitting co prises part of the rectangular loop with a rectangular-sectioned frame. Integral to the surviving long edge is a pelta-shaped plate with a short curved arm missing hte tip. The opposite arm is missing. The centre of the plate extends slightly to a transverse break. The surfaces are very worn. The patina is light green. The harness fitting measires 14.8mm long, 16.4mm wide, 2.4mm thick and weighs 1.40 grams. For a parallel see Nicolay 2007, p. 365, pl. 54, no. 288.46.

A fragment of a lead alloy Pilgrim Badge of Medieval date (AD 1450-1550). The badge would probably have originally formed a circular disc, with raised decoration on the face. The decoration probably depicted St George riding a horse to the left, lancing a dragon below the horse or the drapery of the Virgin and Child. Running round the edge of the disc is a triple border of pellets. No attachments are retained on the back of the fragment. An incomplete copper alloy Buckle of late Medieval to Post-Medieval date (AD 1450-1600). The object is a double loop oval buckle with cusped/serrated outer edges. The outer edges have six fileted grooves on each loop (forming cusps) with incised lines across each. The frame narrows at the ends of the strap bar, the wire pin is missing, however there is iron corrosion adhering around the bar and one end of the frame, suggesting that the pin was composed of iron. A possibly incomplete Post-Medieval copper-alloy finger ring, dating to c.AD 1500 - 1750. The fingerring is formed of a circular hoop which is formed of a rectangular band. At its apex, the bezel narrows to a thin undecorated section. Either side at the shoulders, the band widens, the shoulders are decorated with an incised saltire and three horizontal bands. The hoop tapers slightly to the rear and is undecorated. Diameter: 19.5 mm Weight: 1.22 g It has been suggested that the bezel of the finger ring would have had a separetly soldered plate, this is now missing.

An incomplete Medieval (AD 1250-1500) cast copper alloy single loop D-shaped buckle, with narrowed and off-set strap bar (now lost). The frame is curved and thickens at the outer edge, where there is also a transverse groove or depression, acting as a pin rest. There is a knopped moulding at either end of the strap bar.
