A cast copper-alloy zoomorphic openwork mount of late medieval to early post-medieval date (AD 1450-1525), which takes the form of a winged lion.  The front of the mount appears to be decorated with a depiction of a winged lion, probably that of the evangelist St Mark. The lion is stood passant (i.e. on all fours with the front paw raised) with the legs, tail, and wings further defined by 15 apertures.  The reverse of the mount is plain, with a single circular stud in the centre.  The mount measures 32mm in diameter, 5mm in thickness, and weighs 14.6g.&…

This is worn, but appears to depict a crude winged bull with raised hindlegs, small lines depicting horns and two curved, parallel lines for wings. A Medieval to early post Medieval gilded cast copper alloy terminal figurine from a processional cross. The figurine depicts a draped and cowled woman, 84.1mm in length, standing on a pedestal with both hands clasped across the chest. The face has clearly moulded features of eyes, nose and mouth. The drapery of the cloak or other garment is also clearly executed. The pedestal base narrows to a rectangular rectangular arm which terminates in an old break. The facets of the base around this break have faint incised decoration.

Incomplete copper alloy trefoil mount possibly from a medieval processional cross. Decorated with moulded grooves on both faces the trefoil rises straight up from an integral bar (broken at both ends) with a flat underside, rounded top and a groove along both faces. There is no surviving gilding. Cf. Carter 2009 in which there is no very close parallel. Height 38.3mm. Width 21.7mm. Thickness of trefoil 2.2mm, of bar 6.8mm. Late 15th - early 16th century.
