A copper alloy bar of square cross-section, tapering to a rounded point. It is probably Post Medieval, about AD 1500 - 1900. It is slightly curved. The wider end is a patinated break. The patina is grey green and the condition of the metal suggests a Post Medieval date. Measurments are; length 92.2mm, measurements at the base 9.1mm by 8.9mm and weight 38.51g. The object could be part of one tine of an agricultural tool such as a pitchfork.
