Copper alloy ring. Cast ring, possibly originally of rounded section. The band is narrowed by wear at opposed points on its sides, possibly stretched out of shape, and is slightly bent in profile, though it is not robust enough to have served with animal harness or in any similarly demanding role. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1700-1900. Diameter: 27.0mm, Band Width: 1.9mm, Band Thickness: 1.5mm, Weight: 1.30gms.

Copper alloy ring. Cast ring of originally hexagonal section, worn with one side markedly diminished in its thickness. This resembles the class of 'harness rings' though is smaller than that common type. Suggested date: Medieval, 1200-1500. Diameter: 22mm, Band width: 4.4mm, Thickness: 2.3mm, Weight: 2.88gms.
