Obverse: Wreath crossed by bar with crescent at each end, ring of pellets in each crescent. Reverse: Lunate horse left with large round head, pellet triad below tail, VEP above, CORF below. The reverse depicts a horse galloping left, with the inscription VEP/CORF surrounding it. The coin is rather flat when considered against the usual concave/convex profile seen on such coins.
