A silver openwork brooch of uncertain date.
Description: The brooch has a cruciform arrangement, the four arms each formed of a stem and bud framed by slender leaves extending from a central hollow circular setting. Between each of the arms in each quarter is a pelta, also projecting from the centre.
The reverse is flat, plain and undecorated, with a single rivet at the centre of the circular setting. The pierced lug housing the hinged pin is well-preserved, as is the hooked catch-plate; the pin itself is missing.

Near-complete silver annular brooch with four knops on the ring and one on the pin. It would have been circular in shape but has deformed somewhat. The ring has a circular cross-section. There is a break where the band meets one of the knops. The knops are decorated with a pattern of incised curves or circles that may resemble scales or a floral design, sometimes referred to as 'brambled'. The brooch is otherwise undecorated. The pin is a simple tapered shape and is free to move between two of the knops.

A fragment of a copper alloy blade, probably from a sword dating to the late Bronze Age period, c. AD 1000-800 BC.
The fragment is from the blade section of the sword and is sub-rectangular in profile and lenticular in section. The fragment narrows slightly in width and thickness from one transverse break to the other. Both breaks are worn preventing a judgment on whether the breaks are deliberate or not. The surface of the fragment is very worn with little of the remaining surface and edges remaining.

A complete lead-alloy bag seal of modern date, c.AD 1800 – 1900.
The seal is circular in plan with worn edges and a roughly rectangular cross section. It is comprised of a single disc of metal which is perforated by two holes running parallel across its diameter through which wire or textile ligatures would have fitted to secure a bag. Both sides are worn almost smooth although some stamped text can still be seen on one side. A surrounding legend now only reads 'MO[------]'. A large rim sherd of flint-tempered late Bronze Age to early Iron Age handmade carinated coarseware bowl, probably of the Post-Deverel-Rimbury 'Plainware' group dating prior to 800 BC. The fabric is dark grey with frequent poorly sorted angular flint inclusions. The rim is decorated with a border of oblique pressed notches and the original rim diameter would have been around 250mm.

An incomplete Roman copper-alloy Colchester derrivative brooch, dating to c.AD 43 - 300. A wing, the pin, lower bow and catchplate are missing. The hollow cylindrical wing that remains is decorated towards the end of the wing with a single ring and dot motif. The bow is mostly undecorated, it had an oval projection at the mid bow, this is worn and no decoration is apparent. The bow terminates in an old worn break.

The fabric is hard fired and orange-pink with infrequent dark inclusions and a reddish brown slip. The sherd is curved and the exterior has a moulded scene depicting a semi-clad female figure, possibly Venus, partially draped and seated facing left, with a beaded border of the panel running down the sherd on the right hand side.
