Copper alloy figurine that depicts a seated bird with furled wings, the head sits atop a short neck it is oval in form with a short open beak to the front, small domed eyes both sides towards the top of head.

A copper-alloy Medieval French jeton of Charles VI 1380 to 1422 The obverse shows a sheild of France (flat topped and pointed base), three fleurs de lis within, above is an annulet with single pellet either side. Obverse reads: (cross initial mark = X) AVE MARIA + CIACIA (or less likely GRACIA instead of CIACIA). Reverse shows triple stranded straight cross fleuretty in four arched tressure. Surrounding the tressure, externally, are four equally spaced annulets with a single pellet either side. The four internal angles each have a letter, alternately V and M. Weight is 6.3g, diameter …

A copper alloy heraldic shield-shaped horse harness pendant charged with a lion rampant facing left, surviving in dark blue enamel. This upper face of the pendant is corroded so that it is hard to tell the colour of the lion surface, the field behind the lion provides a contrast to see the lion. The surface may also have been gilded but there is no evidence of this. The reverse of the object is undecorated. The suspension loop is broken missing due to an ancient break.
